We’ll schedule an initial consultation in your home and listen closely to your ideas for your home improvement project. Renovation Associates integrates design, material selection and construction services in each of its projects. Below are the phases of each project:

BRYAN MILLER

Founder and Senior Partner

Bryan Miller has more than 15 years of experience owning and operating a highly successful and profitable general contracting firm, and an additional 15 years of industry expertise. He has worked for Renovation Associates, Inc. for over 10 years. With several certifications through the Certified Contractor's Network, the state of Georgia, and more, Bryan has proved himself to be a dedicated professional in the industry.
Bryan's daily duties include recruiting and training employees, monitoring construction and other dynamic teams to effectively deliver on commitments, and managing multiple complex projects in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. His favorite parts of his job are creating exceptional customer experiences and products built to last!
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends and going to the gym. He also participates in global and urban mission trips.

JOHN GWALTNEY

Senior Partner

When John served in the United States Army, he learned the discipline of self-motivation, importance of procedure and finishing well.  After the Army, John worked in the healthcare industry learning the importance of customer service.  A transition to the Construction industry led John to start Nehemiah Construction in 2004 and he continues to invest these same principals and beliefs as he leads the company.
John is the managing business partner of the company. John starts everyday with the aim to “change the industry image within his circle of influence, with his customers, vendors and employees.”
John is passionate about bringing customer’s hopes and dreams for their home and family to fruition.  He loves the influence the company has in the community.
In his spare time, John likes to work out, spend time with his son and soccer activities, attend Stonebridge church and likes to travel.
